Pim Pollen is one of the founders of the CBE Group. He is
an expert in Organisational Redesign, Change Processes, Governance and
Leadership Development, especially to support members of the board of
Directors. Pim acquired a MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of
Pennsylvania. Furthermore he participated in the European Executive Programme.
With more than 25 years of experience, Pim is a business
partner for
clients in the public domain, international enterprises and value
based organizations. Pim is a much sought-after consultant for strategy
development and governance and played important advisory roles in the
reorganization of large companies and government institutions. Pim is currently
the chairman of CBE group.

experience, Aajay Bundela is the Managing Partner for CBE India. Aajay has been
the Business Head at the largest Manpower Organization in India. His experience
broadly includes Technology, Consulting & Human Resources. Aajay Bundela
specializes in Strategy & Turn Key projects. He has dedicated years into
Executive Searches & Recruitment. He has strong sales & marketing and
customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering end to end,
customized solutions for clients & customers. Aajay is also a certified
